Delivery time is based on the shipping method selected at checkout.
Due to a reduced staff as a result of the COVID-19 restrictions, allow at least 2-3 business days for processing prior to shipment. Orders will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service.
Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders process and ship Monday-Friday during business hours and exclude Saturday, Sunday and all US federal holidays.
Within the United States, we ship by either UPS or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate. We offer several choices for shipping via UPS: ground, two-day and overnight. Our shipping & handling rates are calculated based on actual shipping rates, plus an order handling fee.
UPS Ground is our standard shipping. Using UPS Ground, packages take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive from our Florida location. UPS delivers Monday through Friday.
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate
USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate is often both quicker and less expensive than UPS ground to the East Coast. USPS Priority Mail is delivered on Monday through Saturday. Note: USPS flat rate is not date-guaranteed. During most times of the year, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive on the east coast from our Florida location. During the Christmas holidays, it slows down due to increased USPS volume.
Yes, we do ship international! Just email us at customer service to provide pricing on international shipping and to provide the lead time. Brainchild Nutritionals are not responsible for duty taxes or custom fees upon import.
Order Turnaround Times
Our promise to you is to make every effort to have your order out the door within two business days. Once in awhile, orders may take a little longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed as to the status of your order. We encourage you to reorder when your bottles are half full, to keep your supplement supply smooth and worry-free.
If you Need it In a Hurry
If you need an order shipped as quickly as possible, please give us a call to bring it to our attention and confirm availability. We are generally in the office from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time.
Please be aware that if UPS is unable to deliver your package in the guaranteed time due to weather, they do not issue refunds. We will not refund your shipping charges under these circumstances.
If We Make a Mistake
If your package is shipped slower than you request it due to our error, we will refund to you the difference between regular shipping and the faster shipping you requested. If you are sent the wrong products due to our error, we will not charge you shipping on the replacement product, and we will refund you whatever it costs for you to ship back the wrong products, if you let us know how much it was. These refunds generally take the form of a credit placed on the card which was used for the original order.
