Our strong recommendation is to use a part "A" (Vitamins) with a part "B" (Minerals). That's how these formulas were intended to be used.

Please make sure to supplement with plenty of minerals if you are going to use our vitamins. The mineral formulas here may be used without vitamins if desired.
