Why BrainChild?
BrainChild is a unique company, founded almost a decade ago from the dream of one father
to help children like his own. Our founder is no longer with us, but with his inspiration, we have grown into a vibrant community of caring, like-minded people. We are proud of our work every day to help sensitive children and adults, and we wanted to let you know some of the things that are so special about BrainChild and our products. |

Moms on the Phone
It's that simple: when you call us, you will most
often be speaking with someone who has a child with autism, or an adult who takes our supplements. We understand what you live with every day, and we want to help. We take the extra time with you on the phone or in email to answer the complex questions that come up, and give you all tools we can to help you succeed. |

Safety First
We have always tested every single batch
of products with an independent lab before they go out the door of our FDA- approved facility. We require data sheets, including heavy metals and bacterial plate counts, from every raw materials supplier. We avoid ingredients from China, and we choose organic herbs. Every nutrient we use is pharmaceutical quality. |

Whole-company Involvement
Every single person in the BrainChild family
takes part in creating our products and the future of our company. We brainstorm about new products at staff meetings and have our staff try new products we are thinking about carrying. We have product-naming contests, supplement-tastings and try out new recipes together. |

We Give Back
BrainChild has been active for years supporting
worthy causes in our community and also organizations such as Angel's Purse and the National Autism Association. We donated supplements to our customers affected by Hurricane Katrina, and we have an ongoing program to help customers who find themselves in extreme financial hardship. |

No Hard Sell Advertising
We love to educate and communicate, but we
won't hard-sell you or send you spam. We have announcements and discussion email groups, where we talk about our products and other relevant information. But we don't mail you lots of glossy promotions or offer cheesy deals, and we respect you as a thinking person. We love to help educate you about health and supplements, and have every penny you spend give you value. |

Choosey
We spend lots of time researching and trying
each product before we decide to make it or carry it. We only carry things that we really understand and feel good about. We use our own products and give them to our children, too, so you can feel good about taking them and giving them to your own kids. |

We Walk our Talk
Our company policies and practices reflect our concern about environmental
toxins, and our respect for humanity. We use only non-toxic cleaners at BrainChild. We are extremely persistent about making sure that all products we sell are free of allergens and toxic ingredients. We have an extensive in-house recycling program and our company car uses biodiesel. We provide our employees with good benefits and have a wellness program to help them keep healthy. |

Politically Active
Many of us are active in our
community, our state and nationally, in support of the issues we feel strongly about. We will let you know when supplement and health-related issues that you need to know about come up, so you can become educated about them, and get involved if you wish. |
