Where to Start
Suggested steps to understanding our
supplements, and how to use them.

First of all, welcome! We're glad you've found us. We
are a heart-centered company with the mission of
providing excellent liquid supplements for children
and adults facing neurological issues such as autism
and ADD/HD.

We believe in liquids because we think they absorb
better than anything else. We make most of the
supplements ourselves. We also take them ourselves,
and give them to our own children.

The four links below will help you understand more
about the supplements, and choose one to start with.
Please also make use of the guidance of your medical
practitioner in this process if possible. If you are still
unclear or have further questions, please do give us a
call, and we'd be happy to help you.

comparing to current supplements, remember that our
highly bioavailable liquid formulas will be much better
absorbed than other forms of nutrients, such as capsules,
tablets or powders.

Our main supplements are called the Spectrum Support formulas. These are two-part liquid
supplements, now also available in liquid-filled capsules. Each Spectrum Support product
consists of a bottle of vitamins and a bottle of minerals, intended to be taken together, three
times a day with meals. We manufacture a number of different formulations of both vitamins
and minerals. We get lots of questions about which formula to start with, and this page is
intended to help you with this process.
