Shipping Rates

REGULAR SHIPPING

For regular size product orders, shipping charges are the actual UPS shipping charge, added to a
handling fee of $2.00 plus 25 cents per pound of weight shipped.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL FLAT RATE SHIPPING

During most of the year, we also offer flat-rate U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate
shipping. The flat-rate size boxes fit 2 or 3 of our 32-oz bottles nicely, plus a few small items.
This shipping can be faster and more economical to many areas of the country than UPS Ground.
It usually takes about 3 days or less from our door to yours. It is not date-guaranteed, however,
and does not have tracking numbers. We do not offer it between November 1st and January
15th, because it slows down so much during the holidays.

TRIAL SIZE ORDERS

For trial size only orders of five or less bottles, you will be charged a $2.00 flat shipping and
handling fee for shipping inside the U.S. by First Class U.S. Mail For six bottles or more, we will
use our regular carriers, and charge you shipping as we do for regular orders, by shipping
weight.

CHOOSING WHICH SHIPPING TO USE

Shipping by UPS Ground generally takes between 3 and 7 business days from

the time you order, depending on distance from our California shipping location

(zip code 95062). For a more exact estimate of shipping time to your house,

see the UPS website. Remember to allow 1-2 business days for us to pack and ship

your order.

If you live in the western United States, ground shipping and 3-day usually

take about the same amount of time. If you are in the eastern half of the US,

and need your order in less than a week, please use 3-day or 2-day UPS.

If you choose to use a faster type of shipping, your order is placed before

ground shipping orders in our shipping schedule. We try to get these orders

out within one day of receiving them.

the comments on your order, no matter what kind of shipping you use, so we

can expedite your order to you.
