(P5P) version contains 20 mg of the more potent, "active" P5P form of vitamin B6

vitamin B6 (pyridoxine alpha ketoglutarate and is more suitable for people who don't
need higher amounts of vitamin B6, or for those just starting..

Part A - Vitamins

Burdock Root, Chinese Astragalus Root, Chinese Sarsaparilla Root, Fennel Seed,
Gingko Leaf, Gotu Kola Leaf, Gymnema Sylvestre Leaf, Milk Thistle Seed, and
Schisandra Fruit.

PART B - Minerals (Spectrum Support Minerals) These are the same
for both formulas. Available in lemon lime and unflavored
(unflavored minerals are used with the Strawberry flavored
vitamins).
