NOTE: Each version of this supplement contains 20 mg of vitamin B6. The Original (P5P) version contains 20 mg of the more potent, "active" P5P form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate). The PAK version contains 20 mg of the pyridoxine form of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine alpha ketoglutarate and is more suitable for people who don't need higher amounts of vitamin B6, or for those just starting.. |
