Spectrum Support III is our upper tier, divided formula liquid vitamin and mineral supplement designed to provide safe, broad-spectrum nutritional support for children and adults on the Spectrum needing the highest level of neurological and metabolic support. SSIII contains all the ingredients found in Spectrum Support I and II, plus additional quantities of many of these nutrients. Spectrum Support III comes in two 32 ounce bottles: Part A - Vitamins and Part B - Minerals. These two bottles provide over a two month supply for a 25 pound child, a one month supply for a 50 pound child, and a 23 day supply for a 100 pound child. It is in the form of a natural, tasty, easy to dose, kid-friendly liquid suspension. It is flavored with natural lemon and lime flavor extracts and low-glycemic index vegetable glycerin. It is also available unflavored, without the lemon and lime flavors. Spectrum Support III Vitamins and Minerals are designed to be mixed together and given 3 times a day, with meals, either in juice or other beverage, or alone with a glass of water afterward. The fundamental difference between SSII and SSIII is that SSIII provides higher doses of B vitamins and more detoxification support than Spectrum Support II. It utilizes a sophisticated blend of 50 vitamins, minerals, accessory nutrients, herbs, and essential oils formulated to normalize and enhance metabolic function. SSIII's nutrients and herbs support digestion, digestive tract integrity, blood sugar regulation, detoxification, immune function, vascular integrity and circulation, as well as enhanced cerebral oxygenation and neurological function. ABOUT THE MINERALS The Spectrum Support Minerals used as "Part B" with Spectrum Support I, II, IIPAK and III are chemically bound to five Krebs cycle intermediaries (fumarate, citrate, malate, succinate and alpha ketoglutarate) utilized to enhance cellular energy production. Minerals bound to Krebs intermediaries are far better absorbed, utilized, and tolerated than minerals bound to sulfate, oxide, carbonate, or chloride. In addition, all our mineral profiles are iron and copper free. START-UP SUGGESTIONS We do not suggest starting with Spectrum Support III, and we will not sell it to you unless your child has already been on one of our other formulas. Our suggestion is to begin with SSII for children needing intense digestive, metabolic and neurological support. Children can transition from SSII to SSIII after two to three months if desired, to take advantage of the enhanced detoxification, immune, and digestive support SSIII provides. The suggested dosage is based upon specific ratios of milligrams of the nutrients to kilograms of body weight and can be adjusted for anyone from 25 to 200 pounds. Introduction or transition to SSIII is done gradually, over a period of 16 days to allow the body to adjust to the new formula and the nutritional support it provides. ABOUT THE LIQUID SUSPENSION The nutrients in this supplement are broken down into extremely small particles in a gentle, technologically advanced liquid suspension formula which is readily absorbed in the digestive tract and better utilized throughout the body than conventional powders, capsules, tablets or standard liquid solutions. WHAT THE FORMULAS DON'T INCLUDE All of our products are completely free of egg, wheat, wheat germ oil, gluten, dairy, casein, yeast, corn, soy, refined sugars, sodium benzoate preservative, as well as artificial sweeteners, colors, or flavors. Every effort has been taken to eliminate any significant sources of natural salicylates, phenols, or benzoates, making Spectrum Support II Feingold Association acceptable for Stage One. We have never used added sugar, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or sodium benzoate preservative in our supplements and we never will.
