It is very important to us to support you while you are using our products, or trying to make a decision about whether to use them. We care very much that you get all the information that you need to effectively choose which formula to use and help with dosing or other issues. Our online discussion group and electonic newsletter are resources we've set up to help with this. |

Online Discussion Group |

Our new online discussion group is a private Yahoo group (not open to the public) that is available to any BrainChild customer or future customer who wishes to join. We host a lively, informative discussion there about our products, including science, parent-to- parent tips, questions and answers and whatever you would like to know more about. |

Electronic Newsletter |
|
Our electronic newsletter list is another private Yahoo Group, called brainchildannouncements. We use it to let people know about new products, conference dates, speaking appearances and other things that we feel would be relevant and useful to you. It is not a two-way discussion group, just one-way, like a newsletter. Just so you know what to expect, we don't usually post more than a few notes to it a month. |

We don't believe in hard-sell marketing, and we will never give your email address to anyone, or overwhelm you with glitzy ad campaigns. What we promise to do is to inform you when new things are available, and tell you when we think we have a good deal on a particular product. We will also try to teach and inform about nutrients, nutrition and autism, and pass on useful things when we learn them. |
