Dosing Ideas:
|
|
Since we're trying to warm and relax
the lungs with Lung Formula, it's nice
to incorporate some steam and heat.
|
|
We find that putting Lung Formula in
a half cup of very warm water makes
it nice to sip, and really warms us up
inside. If you'd like it to be sweeter,
stir in a little honey, for extra
antibacterial support, or agave
nectar, if you prefer it. Honey is not
recommended for infants under
twelve months old.
