					Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping U.S. Shipping Within the United States, we ship by either UPS or U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail Flat Rate. We offer several choices for shipping via UPS: ground, two-day and overnight. Our shipping & handling rates are calculated based on actual shipping rates, plus an order handling fee. UPS Ground UPS Ground is our standard shipping. Using UPS Ground, packages take approximately 3-6 business days to arrive from our California location. UPS delivers Monday through Friday. USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate uses a specific type of box that is suitable for orders of up to three of our 32-oz bottles, and is often both quicker and less expensive than UPS ground to the East Coast. USPS Priority Mail is delivered on Monday through Saturday. Note: USPS flat rate is not date-guaranteed. During most times of the year, it takes 3-5 business days to arrive on the east coast from our California location. During the Christmas holidays, it slows down due to increased USPS volume, and we usually discontinue offering it during this time. Ordering from Alaska or Hawaii We generally use U.S. Priority Mail to ship to Alaska and Hawaii. Please place your order as if you were in the continental U.S. and we'll let you know by email what the actual shipping charges will be. Order Turnaround Times Our promise to you is to make every effort to have your order out the door within two business days. Once in awhile, orders may take a little longer. In such cases, we will keep you informed as to the status of your order. We encourage you to reorder when your bottles are half full, to keep your supplement supply smooth and worry-free. Trial Size Orders The charge to ship orders containing five or less trial size bottles is $2 per order within the U.S. or $5 per order to other countries. These orders are shipped by U.S. First Class Mail. If you order six or more trial size bottles, we will ship your order by our regular shipping services, and charge you regular shipping, depending on the weight shipped. If you Need it In a Hurry If you need an order shipped as quickly as possible, please give us a call at 877 253-5711(toll free) or 831 465-0104, or email us at postmaster@brainchildnutritionals.com to bring it to our attention and confirm availability. We are generally in the office from 9:00am to 4:30pm Monday through Friday, Pacific Standard Time. We check email at postmaster@brainchildnutritionals.com frequently, seven days a week. Stormy Weather Please be aware that if UPS is unable to deliver your package in the guaranteed time due to weather, they do not issue refunds. We will not refund your shipping charges under these circumstances. If We Make a Mistake If your package is shipped slower than you request it due to our error, we will refund to you the difference between regular shipping and the faster shipping you requested. If you are sent the wrong products due to our error, we will not charge you shipping on the replacement product, and we will refund you whatever it costs for you to ship back the wrong products, if you let us know how much it was. These refunds generally take the form of a credit placed on the card which was used for the original order. INTERNATIONAL ORDERING Europe In Europe, our products are shipped directly from our distribution office in Scotland. You can order directly from our Phytoscience in Scotland or from Cenaverde in the Netherlands. Contact information is found at left. Canada Most but not all of our products are available in Canada. Contact information is found at the link at left. Other Countries We will ship your order from our California offices, using US Postal Service Global Express mail. Your shipping charges will be what the U.S. Post Office charges us. NEW: As of May, 2008, International orders are now accepted at our website again! If you would like to place an international order, please place your order on our website. Please read the online order form carefully. Only handling charges will show at the time you place your order. We will email you to let you know the actual shipping charge, and also send you a copy of the invoice showing the correct total with your order. There is a checkbox on the online order form where you can let us know if you want to confirm the grand total before we ship to you.
