Dosage Chart

Parts A & B of all of our 2-part formulas are given mixed together, either by themselves or with
juice, three times a day with meals. Unfiltered pear juice provides a great flavor, with pineapple,
lemonade, limeade, cranberry juice and all other tolerated juice and herb teas all as good second
choices. If you prefer, it can also be taken straight and washed down with water, although it tastes
best given with a juice that compliments the natural lemon and lime flavors in the flavored
formulas.

Many people find it easiest to give the vitamins and mineral components at the same time, mixed
together. For even better absorption, another approach is to give the minerals 15-20 minutes
before each meal and the vitamins right after the meal.

Shake each bottle thoroughly for 10 seconds before each use. Refrigerate and close cap tightly after
opening and wipe bottle opening with a clean paper towel regularly. Use only as directed and keep
out of easy reach of children. Discontinue use immediately in the presence of any allergic or any
other adverse reaction and consult your health practitioner immediately.

How to Start

The formulas contain nutrients and herbs that your child may not be used to. Easing into the
supplementation gradually gives your child's metabolism time to adjust to and properly utilize the
nutrients in the formula. If you are switching from another vitamin formula, see the link at the top

Begin gradually, as follows:

Day 1-4 --- give 1/8 of suggested dosage

Day 5-8 --- give 1/4 of suggested dosage

Day 9-12 -- give 1/2 of suggested dosage

Day 13-16 - give 3/4 of suggested dosage
